BIO-MATE is an in-vessel fully automated on-site composting machine that operates using electricity. It requires very minimal maintenance and it is user friendly. By using our high-temperature aerobic enzmes, organic waste can be fully compost in between 24-48 hours. Our composting process is an aerobic process, therefore bulk agent such as wood chips, rice husk, paperboard, etc is needed for the composting process. Once organic waste (e.g. food waste, meat, fish, bean curd lees, etc) is collected, it can be charge into the tank directly. It can be discharge on a daily or weekly basis based on the need and want of the individual. Then end product can be used as fertilizer/soil conditioner.
